Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your Team Ready® account to view order status anytime.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size – details will appear in your cart.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Ready® products are only available for shipping within the United States. We are actively exploring international distribution opportunities and will update our customers as soon as global shipping becomes available.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If you’ve already placed your order, email info@teamready.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make changes before your order ships.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
At Ready®, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Care team at info@teamready.com. Be sure to include your order receipt and a reliable phone number so we can assist you promptly and effectively.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to Manage Subscriptions and cancel your subscription. You can also skip or pause any of your future orders.
How do I manage my subscription?
Simply log in to Manage Subscriptions to see all of your subscription details. You can update your address and payment information, pause, skip, or cancel or order, see or swap products in your subscription, and view your order history.
Product Storage
Do I need to refrigerate Ready® products?
Ready® products do not require refrigeration before opening. However, if ambient temperatures are high, refrigeration may help maintain optimal texture and quality. Once opened, store in a cool, dry place and consume within a few days for best freshness.
Can I consume Ready® products after the Best By date?
Our Best By date ensures peak freshness and nutrition. The Best By date refers to the date recommended that you use the product by for best physical and/or sensory quality. It is not an expiration date, but rather the date by which Ready® recommends consumption.
How should I store products during summer?
Bring your package inside immediately upon delivery. If bars or puffs arrive soft or melted, pop them in the fridge to restore texture.

Yes—Ready® products are made without genetically modified ingredients.
Are your products Kosher certified?
Our Ready® Bars are Certified Kosher by OU (Orthodox Union https://www.ou.org/) but these are not Passover Kosher Certified.
