Ready® Reseller Authorization Policy

 

Ready® is a premium product offering and has spent years building a brand of strong recognition and high value to consumers and retailers. This Reseller Authorization Policy has been established by Ready® to ensure brand integrity and pricing protection, and outlines the criteria required to be an authorized reseller of all Ready® product.

This policy is intended to preserve the high-quality reputation of Ready® Protein Bars, Ready® Protein Water Beverages, and Ready® Protein Puffs, and to maintain consistency and fair competition within the marketplace for the benefit of our customers and retail partners.

For the Protection of Ready® Brand Integrity, Pricing, and Customer Experience

At Ready®, we are committed to delivering consistent and trusted experience for our customers across all sales channels. In order to protect the quality of our products and maintain the integrity of our brand in the marketplace, only authorized resellers are permitted to list, market, and sell our products via offline and online marketplaces.

 

Authorization Requirement

Effective immediately, any individual or entity that wishes to sell Ready® products offline or online must be formally authorized in writing by Ready®. Unauthorized resellers listing our products are subject to takedown requests, legal action, and potential removal of product(s).

 

Conditions of Authorization

a.    You must source products responsibly, directly from Ready® or from an authorized distributor and maintain verifiable invoices or supply chain documentation.

b.    You must maintain accurate brand representation through Ready® approved marketing materials. You are not authorized to bundle or alter Ready® packaging in any way.

c.     You must operate a professional marketplace account and have the account(s) in good standing and must follow Amazon’s or other marketplaces rules on the platform.

d.    You must sell authentic product – new, unopened, and untampered with and the items cannot be expired or near-expiry. You must not alter UPCs, lot numbers, or serial codes.

e.    You must not sell to liquidators or third-party arbitrators, as these are unauthorized sales channels for Ready® products. Do not repackage Ready® products or sell on the gray market.

f.      You must store Ready® products at an optimal temperature – Ready® Protein Water and Ready® Sports Drinks must be stored at temperatures no higher than 85°F and Ready® Protein Bars must be kept below 80°F to maintain product quality and integrity. 

 

Prohibited Seller Activity

The following activities are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate loss of authorized status and potential legal action:

  • Selling counterfeit or diverted goods.
  • Using unapproved product listings or images.
  • Selling internationally without prior authorization.
  • Failing to disclose the source of supply upon request.

 

Enforcement & Monitoring

Ready® actively monitors offline and online marketplaces and reserves the right to:

  • Pursue legal action for intellectual property violations.

 

Indemnification

The Reseller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ready®, its affiliates, and officers from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from unauthorized sales, product misrepresentation, or violation of this Agreement.

 

Governing Law

This Authorization shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
